Our work dates run from June through October. No prior experience required — only sturdy boots, a willingness to work hard and a love of the Wilderness.

Trail Crews

One day and multiple day work dates are scheduled throughout the season to work on trail repair and clearing, drainage, brush and rock work. Tools and instruction provided.

Trail Stewards

Walk the trails of the Mokelumne Wilderness as a wilderness ambassador. Engage, Educate, and Enlighten visitors on the wonders of our beautiful and historic area by answering visitor questions, sharing safety tips and information on the spectacular wildflower displays that make Carson Pass and this area an unforgettable destination.
